Horta Airport (HOR), is located along the southern coast of Faial island, near Castelo Branco, about 9 kilometres and a half from the capital Horta.
Considered the main access point of the central group of the Azores island – which includes Faial Terceira, Graciosa, Sao Jorge and Pico – the airport features a small two floors terminal with two bars, a VIP room, some souvenir shops, an ATM, and a post office.
